I am NOT going to start with weapons yields. Number 2+3: Units are known in SupCom "2" to be ludicrously smaller than before, as in the Rock Head is half or less the length, width and height of a MA12 Striker by scale next to the ACU, when the King Kriptor is known to be 60m tall by manual, and I have no contrary evidence in terms of images of ACU vs tree heights in "2" to contradict that stupid claim:Īfter 2+3: These puny tanks compared to before (less than 1/8 the volume, never mind the terrain climbing problems the shortness would bring.) apparently cost SOOOOO much more mass that rocks no longer supply relevant amounts of mass to build them. However, the Adaptor concept (and a couple other ideas) was good enough that, to my eternal shame, I actually will engineer a version in my 3850 Codex (Link below) that marries a Siren's Nanodart Launcher (reduced ROF/DPS vs Air) and TMD to a Brick's lower half.ġ: No governing entity would be so retarded as to hand off all its defensive capacity, or no people so stupid as to allow its governance to do so, knowing the Seraphim still exist somewhere, somewhen, to a third-party company who can't even keep data on the goddamned hard drives.Ģ: Since it is known that bigger = stronger in Coalition warfare (hence Experimentals are big), why is the new ACU barely bigger than an old Mech Marine, and the new Experimentals so puny?ģ: "rocks and trees no longer give relevant amounts of mass", bitch please, Imma shoot chunks off this mountain that mass hundreds of tons, and unless you're telling me the Rock Head tank costs more than a few thousand tons of mass I don't see how reclaiming this rock isn't relevant. Any subsequent simulations are simply a comical matter of jumped-up security mechs messing around before the galactic fleet can arrive and deploy "Official Command Units" (e.g. Second Postulate of Supreme Commander: Supreme Commander: Forged Alliance was the last actual full-scale SupCom game. (EDIT: within some vague semblance of reason, because of Megameter Mech Marine level BS)
